On-Site Artist

Chief magician and artist-in-residence is Kerry Hetherington, a practicing artist of forty years with a wealth of varied experimental and commissioned works to her name. Kerry creates art that makes a statement, but each work tells its own story.  She works in a variety of media often blurring the lines between two and three dimensions, with colour often a strong feature. 

 

Twisted Tin Studios began as Kerry’s place to create, but more than that, it is a place to meet and interact, for others to join in and immerse in creativity. 

 

All are welcome to try their hand with guidance.  Kerry has been teaching for 40 years at all levels from toddlers to ongoing professional development classes.  We offer workshops for children and beginners through to professional development for teachers and artists.  The large studio is perfect for groups or private explorations nestled in the foothills of the South D’Aguilar National Park.
